Shipping

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

We use logistic partner DPD for all of our deliveries.

The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery.

Packages over 30 kilo will be shipped and calculated as 2 or more packs.

Please note that duties and taxes may apply to orders shipped to United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and some other countries. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and other fees associated with imported items.

Packaging information:

We pack your order with the utmost care, so that all products arrive undamaged. Many of our products are fragile; including glass, books, and small parts.
In order to be able to protect them properly during transport, we use different types of packaging material.

- The green or white foam granules for padding and protection that are in the box are biodegradable.

- We often bind several products together to stabilize them, for this we use foil. To date, this has proven to be the most effective and environmentally friendly way.

-The paper we use as a filling material is recycled.

- All boxes and inserts comply with the FSC quality mark. Often we also use extra pieces of cardboard for reinforcement, for this we re-use boxes which we receive from our orders.
